Here you can see a list of all currencies along with their codes available in your on-line store. Although each on-line store can have precisely one main currency defined (in which your store administrators enter the prices of all store items, i.e. product prices, shipping charges, discounts etc.), the E-commerce module provides support for multiple currencies. This means that a customer can make an order in a currency different from the main currency. The order price is then converted based on the current exchange rates table.
You can add a currency by clicking the New currency button. The listed items can be Edited () or Deleted () and you can also perform Other actions such as Export, Backup, Restore, Destroy or Clone. The Currency is main column indicates which currency is set as the store main currency (specified in CMS Desk -> E-commerce -> Configuration -> Store settings -> General tab). After clicking the icon in the header of the Actions column, a context menu is displayed, offering options for export of listed data to various types of files.
Please note that if you are using current site settings for currencies, the Copy from global button allows you to copy global currencies. However, doing so, your current site currencies will be lost (if defined). More details about how to configure global settings in your on-line store can be found in E-commerce Guide -> Configuring your store -> Multisite store.
Further information about currencies and exchange rates can be found in E-commerce Guide -> Managing your store -> Currencies.
